Hey, let's talk about why you're feeling stuck, even when your life looks fine on paper, you've got the job, the family, the house. You're checking all of the boxes, and yet you wake up with that quiet ache. The whisper of, is this it? You're moving through your days like a performer in someone else's play, smiling, achieving, doing all of the right things, but inside you're flat, frustrated, resentful, burned out from pretending like you're okay. Let me tell you something that might sting a little bit. You've abandoned yourself. You've been living by someone else's rules. The good girl, the reliable one, the achiever, the fixer, the peacekeeper. You've gotten really good at playing roles and somewhere along the way you stopped listening to you. You want to know why you feel stuck? It's because your life has become a performance. You're exhausted from upholding an identity that no longer fits. And here's the truth, you will never feel alive, fulfilled, or free until you come back to yourself. And that starts with one uncomfortable, terrifying, but liberating thing, telling the truth. What is the truth that you've been avoiding? The one that keeps bubbling up in quiet moments, and maybe you keep pushing down, pushing away. It's one that you are afraid that will blow up your life. You know what I'm talking about? That voice inside you that says, this isn't what I want anymore. I'm meant for more. I'm tired of being everything for everyone and nothing to myself. So here's what I want you to do. Name the truth, say it out loud, write it in your notes app, write it in your journal, whisper it to yourself in the mirror. I don't care how you do it, but stop pretending you don't know you do. And naming it is the first act to coming back to life. It's the first act of coming back to yourself.
