Hey, everybody.

Welcome back to This Daring Adventure.

I wanted to do this mini episode for you on the six things you must stop saying to yourself to get unstuck. and this is to help you build a better relationship with yourself so you can finally get unstuck and create the life that you want. These are six things if you've ever been feeling stuck, whether it's in your career, relationships or personal growth, this is for you.

So let's dive in. The way we talk to ourselves matters. Our thoughts shape how we feel and how we feel determines the actions that we take or don't take. These six things you might be saying to yourself are They stop you in your tracks, and it's time to call them out.

The first thing you might be saying to yourself, which is keeping you stuck, is I'm not good enough. This is one of the most damaging thoughts we can have. When you tell yourself this, your brain looks for evidence to prove it's true.

Here's the shift.

Start asking, what if I am enough right now? Or what small step can I take to show myself I'm capable? Giving your brain a task like that Gives it something to look for. Instead of focusing on how you're not good enough, it's going to shift its focus.

The second thing you might be saying is, I'll figure it out later. Procrastination isn't a time management issue. It's a fear management issue. If you keep putting things off, you're likely afraid of failure or uncertainty. Instead, tell yourself, I don't have to have it all figured out. I just need to take the next right step.

The third thing you might be saying is, I don't know what I want. When you say this, You are shutting down your ability to dream and explore, to be creative and to allow yourself to imagine the possibilities and to come up with answers. Try replacing it with, I'm figuring it out, or I'm open to discovering what excites me. Or, if I did know, what might it be? Start small. What sparks your curiosity?

The fourth thing you might be saying is, it's too late for me. And this is a real dream killer. Here's the truth. It is never too late to reinvent yourself. There's no timeline for personal growth.

Every moment is a chance to start again. Try asking. What's one thing I can do today to move toward the life I want?

The fifth thing is, I always mess things up. Listen, we all make mistakes. Failures and mistakes are part of being human. Instead of letting your past define you, shift to, I've learned so much from my experiences. What can I do differently next time? Do a little lessons learned session. What worked well? What didn't work well? And definitely focus on what you would do differently next time.

The sixth thing is, I can't do this. This one stops us before we even start. When this thought pops up, add one word, yet. It leaves at least some room for growth and possibility. Then focus on one small step you can take right now. It's all about leaving that space, leaving that possibility open.

And it's really important for your brain to have that. But here's the biggest takeaway, what you say to yourself matters more than you think. If you want to get unstuck and start creating the life you want, it starts with rethinking these thoughts.

So let me challenge you today, write down the one thing you tell yourself the most often from this list, then rewrite it into something more empowering. Keep it visible, on a sticky note, as your phone wallpaper, somewhere out there. where you will see it often.

And if this resonates with you and you're ready to stop feeling stuck for good, I'd love to help.
