Hey everybody, welcome to mini episode Monday. Today I have something that might shake up the way you think about yourself. If you've ever said, I can't stick to things, I always fall off track, I'm inconsistent, then you need to hear this. Those thoughts are not facts. They are beliefs. And they are beliefs that are keeping you stuck. I see this all the time with my coaching clients, women who want to take action on their goals, on their dreams, on their next chapter, but they feel trapped in this identity of inconsistency. And here's the kicker. It's not that they can't be consistent. It's that they've convinced themselves they aren't, and their brain has spent years collecting evidence to prove it true. But today we're going to flip the script because if you want to create real momentum, if you want to create clarity, calm and confidence to build the life you actually want, then you have to stop waiting to become consistent and start shifting the way you see yourself right now. So let's dive in. I want you to think about the phrase, I'm inconsistent. It feels true, right? But let's break it down. The reason it feels so true is because your brain has been on autopilot, scanning for evidence to confirm it. You skipped a workout? There's proof you're inconsistent. You didn't stick to a routine? There's proof you're inconsistent. You've quit things before? You are inconsistent. Here's what your brain isn't looking for. It's not looking for the ways you do show up. It's not looking for the things you do consistently without even thinking. And it's not looking for the small wins that prove you're capable of following through. Because, let's be real. You consistently wake up every morning. You consistently brush your teeth. You consistently show up for your kids, your partner, your job. You consistently doubt yourself, too. But look at that. Even your doubt is inconsistent. This is the proof that you've been missing. The problem isn't that you're inconsistent. It's that You have trained yourself to believe that you are, and that belief is keeping you from taking action. So how do we change this? The first step is to stop trying to force yourself to believe I'm totally consistent when it doesn't feel true yet. Instead, you want to create a bridge thought A thought that feels believable and moves you forward towards, I'm totally consistent. So you can try these. I'm learning how to be more consistent. I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm working on it. It's possible that I can become consistent. Notice how none of these require you to believe something that you don't. They just shift the focus. Your brain is always going to find proof for whatever you tell it to focus on, or whatever you tell it to look for. Now here's where the magic happens. Starting today, I want you to ask yourself every single day, Where am I already consistent? What small ways do I show up for myself? How am I proving to myself that I follow through and write it down? Get that journal out. If you don't have a journal go get one. You can just get a cheap notebook at the dollar store. Write these things down. Take a few minutes at the end of the day and write them down. Because the more you collect evidence that you are someone who follows through, the more you'll start believing it. And when you believe it, that's when you start taking the action you keep saying you want to take. If you keep believing I'm inconsistent. You will keep proving it true. But if you start believing, you're learning, you're growing, you're figuring it out, everything starts to shift. You go from stuck to in motion. You go from hesitation to confidence. You go from hoping to knowing you can create the life you want. You start showing up differently in every area of your life. And listen, if this is resonating with you, if you are done spinning in self doubt and ready to build real clarity, calm, and confidence, this is exactly what I do in my Unstuck coaching program. This is for women who are ready to stop waiting and start becoming. So if you want to rewire the thoughts that are keeping you stuck, if you want to take action and create real change, then let's talk. There's a link in the show notes to book a free discovery call with me today. Your future self is waiting. Will you show up for her? Let's go. I'll see you there.
